Moodie Cottage

We had a really nice week at the Cottage. Everyone had a great time. The weather wasn't fantastic, but only a bit of rain, and very nice the last 2 days (when we finally braved swimming). A few big "firsts" or events took place:

- Sarah lost her first tooth
- Jessica celebrated her 2nd birthday
- Marsha and David celebrated their 42nd wedding anniversary
- Sarah caught her first fish (with a Barbie fishing rod) :-)
- Abby and Sarah swam in a lake for the first time
- The kids didn't kill Jim during the 8 hour car ride (heeheehee)

Jessie in the pool

A few pics of Jessie in our little Turtle Pool. Time to get more serious about swimming lessons, I think! :-) Sarah and Abby just started with swimming lessons again, and are doing really well. My swimming genes are finally surfacing! Yay! Too bad there is no outdoor pool associations, like on the West Island...
